Why: The litter box cannot clean itself because of a motor jam, gear jam or other issue.

Waste drawer light flashes white
Why: The waste drawer is not installed, or installed incorrectly.
What to do: Re-seat the waste drawer.[1]
Waste drawer light is steady red
Why: The waste drawer is full.
What to do: Empty the drawer and fit a new liner.[1]
Deodorizer light is steady red
Why: The carbon filter needs to be replaced.
What to do: Replace the carbon deodorizer in the cartridge at the back.[1]
Wi-Fi light flashes red
Why: The litter box is not connected to Wi-Fi, or there was a connection error.
What to do: Re-add the device in the Petlibro app; hold the reset button 5 seconds to reset if needed.[1]
