PETKIT Purobot Ultra (T6) troubleshooting

This is a rotating drum box. The steps below are the manufacturer's own; if a step involves opening the unit, check the warranty first.
Unit will not turn on
Why: Plug not seated, dead socket, AI camera installed wrong, or non-original power cable
What to do: Reseat the plug, check the socket, power off and reinstall the camera with all four screws tight, use the original cable1
Cylinder does not rotate
Why: Not bound to the app, a pet inside, parts installed wrong, broken bag, full bin, refill ring problem, or debris at the cylinder gear
What to do: Bind the app first; wait for the pet to leave and double press OK; reinstall refill ring cover, ring and trunk; empty the bin; replace the refill ring; remove trunk and cylinder and clear debris near the gear1
Auto-packing fails
Why: Parts installed wrong, bags used up, or packing module (sealed door/slider) fault
What to do: Reinstall refill ring cover and trunk; replace the refill ring; remove the trunk, clear debris near the sealed door, lower the packing module by hand, power on and double press OK1
Auto-refilling fails
Why: Bin not bagged, bags used up, packing module fault, or parts installed wrong
What to do: Remove the trunk, push the bag to the bottom, reinstall and double press OK; replace the refill ring; lower the packing module manually and restart1
