This is a rotating drum box. The steps below are the manufacturer's own; if a step involves opening the unit, check the warranty first.
Cannot connect the box to the phone
Why: Not on 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi, wrong password, weak signal or bound to another device.
What to do: Use 2.4 GHz, check password and range; reset by holding both buttons 5 s and pair again.1
Waste is not cleared
Why: Deodorization cover blocked by liner, litter or waste.
What to do: Open the waste bin cover and remove the obstruction.1
Cat cannot be weighed
Why: Unit not level on all four feet.
What to do: Unplug, place on a firm level surface, plug in and weigh again.1
Drum does not turn or stops suddenly
Why: Foreign object in the base gear, drum not seated, or cat/weight detected.
What to do: Unplug, remove the drum, clear the gear, reseat; it resumes once the weight is gone.1
Solid red status light
Why: Paused, side cover open, drum not in place or motor error.
What to do: Close the side cover, seat and lock the drum, then resume.1
