Screen shows 'Magnetic side cover not installed'

Why: The magnetic side cover is missing or not seated.

What to do: Check that the side cover is in place.¹

Screen shows 'Device failure'

Why: A device fault.

What to do: Open the PETKIT app to see the fault details.¹

Screen shows 'Full waste bin'

Why: The waste bin is full.

What to do: Pull the drawstring, remove the bag and fit a new PETKIT trash bag.¹

'Cat enters' alert and the device pauses

Why: A cat entered while the device was running.

What to do: Wait for the cat to leave; the device pauses automatically for safety.¹

'Emptying failure, Waste Bin full, please check'

Why: The bin filled up while emptying all litter.

What to do: Replace the trash bag, then follow the on-screen prompts.¹
