Why: The odor-removal smart spray is not installed or not detected.
What to do: Install the smart spray in its slot and close the lid firmly.1
Display shows a fault about the cylinder lock
Why: The cylinder knob on the back is not in the locked position.
What to do: Turn the cylinder knob on the back of the main unit to the locked position.1
Cleaning stops partway
Why: The device pauses and alerts when a cat approaches or enters during operation.
What to do: Wait for the cat to leave; the 'Rotation without interruption' app setting changes this behaviour.1
Device failure indicator on screen
Why: The manual gives no detail on the display.
