This is a open top with sifting tray box. The steps below are the manufacturer's own; if a step involves opening the unit, check the warranty first.

Clean light blinks red

Why: Weight sensor overloaded

What to do: Remove any objects from the litter box; if none, contact customer service.1

All five lights blink red

Why: Weighing sensor error

What to do: Unplug, plug back in and restart; if still blinking, contact customer service.1

Steady red light, cover warning

Why: Left/right litter chamber fixed cover missing or not seated

What to do: Install the cover or re-seat it properly.1

Chamber door or litter chamber motor blocked

Why: Object stuck at the bottom door or in the gear

What to do: Remove the chamber or side cover, clear the obstruction; otherwise contact support.1

Yellow blinking after cleaning or leveling stopped

Why: Cat entered during the cycle

What to do: Wait for the cat to leave; the machine resumes about 1 minute later.1

Level light red: too little or too much litter

Why: Litter outside the 50-100% scale

What to do: Fill to 50-100% (70%+ recommended); recalibrate litter level in the app if it persists.1

Empty light red

Why: Waste bin full, bag set badly, or bin not in place

What to do: Empty the bin, fit a new bag so it does not block the infrared sensor, push the bin fully in.1

Wi-Fi light steady orange

Why: Network disconnected

What to do: Check the network; hold the Wi-Fi button 3 seconds and reconnect in the app.1
