This is a rotating globe box. The steps below are the manufacturer's own; if a step involves opening the unit, check the warranty first.
'Trash Full' icon, cleaning stops
Why: The trash bag in the trash box is full.
What to do: Run Auto Pack and take out the packed bag as soon as possible.1
'No Trash Bag' icon
Why: The auto-packing bag cartridge has run out.
What to do: Replace the Auto-Packing Trash Bag Box; the unit will not clean or empty until then.1
'Take Out the Trash' icon
Why: The trash is packed and waiting.
What to do: Remove the packed bag; cleaning, packing and emptying are blocked until you do.1
'No Upper Cover' or 'No Trash Box' icon
Why: The upper cover or trash box is not seated properly.
What to do: Re-seat the part; the unit will not clean, pack or empty until it is detected.1
'Insufficient Litter' icon
Why: Litter is below the needed level.
What to do: Add clean clumping litter to the MAX line, then reset cat litter (long-press OK).1
Unit does not cycle / app says Proximity or IR sensor blocked
Why: Cat fur or litter dust on the sensors.
What to do: Wipe the entrance panel and the panel inside the globe with a dry towel.1
'Device Failure' icon or system error
Why: Internal fault.
What to do: Reset the device, then restart it (long-press Menu, wait 15 s, long-press again); contact support if it persists.1
App shows very long visit times
Why: A second cat resting on the upper cover keeps the weight sensors loaded.
What to do: No fault; the record ends when the extra weight leaves the unit.1
