Three beeps

Why: Waste drawer is overfilled.

What to do: Empty the waste drawer and watch the poop level in the app.1

Machine stops; infrared sensor stained

Why: Dirty infrared sensor.

What to do: Wipe the infrared sensor with a dry towel, then press clean once.1

Machine stops; clips abnormal

Why: Side clips not fastened or globe out of position.

What to do: Re-clamp both clips firmly and restart.1

Machine stops on physical fixator protection

Why: Drawer/globe misplaced, foreign object, or globe jammed / litter too heavy.

What to do: Reposition parts, remove foreign matter, clean the globe by hand; power off and restart.1

Weight data inaccurate

Why: Feet not flat, or on carpet/uneven tiles.

What to do: Put all four feet on level hard floor (heighten feet on carpet) or power off and restart.1
