This is a rotating globe box. The steps below are the manufacturer's own; if a step involves opening the unit, check the warranty first.
Red light flashing slowly / drawer-full alert
Why: The waste drawer is full and the unit pauses.
What to do: Replace the liner bag, top off litter, reinsert the drawer and short-press POWER twice.1
Safety Mode warning
Why: The anti-pinch sensor found an object in the waste chute.
What to do: Remove the object, then short-press POWER (or the app clean button); two short presses resume operation.1
Weight sensor error
Why: The sensors read inaccurate numbers.
What to do: Put all four feet on a solid flat surface (no carpet), clear debris under the feet, restart.1
Cleaning does not start, cat-detected warning
Why: The cat is inside the drum.
What to do: Normal operation resumes once the cat leaves.1
Motor error or radar sensor error
Why: Motor connection/operation fault, or faulty radar.
What to do: If it happens repeatedly, contact [email protected].1
White light flashing slowly
Why: WiFi connection failure.
What to do: Re-enter pairing mode: hold POWER 5 seconds until 3 beeps.1
